If you have an item or an entire collection you wish to sell, you may contact us for an estimate. Our team of experts will carry out an evaluation upon the photographic documentation provided. Should you subsequently wish to entrust us with the sale, we require good digital photographs of the item/s and a copy of your proof of identity, accompanied by the authority to sell form that will be sent to you.
Should the item be sold, the mandatary must send us the lot or lots sold as soon as possible. Payment shall be settled after 20 working days. Should the buyer raise objections with regard to the lot, La Maison d’Art shall return the item to the legitimate owner and shall consider the sale as null.
:: To Buy ::
To purchase an item at La Maison d’Art, it is necessary to register by completing the registration form provided which you will find in the http://www.liveauctioneers.com/ web site. You can access the form by clicking on “Live”, or from our catalogue by clicking on “make an bid”.
Should the lot be adjudicated to you, the price will be increased by 20% as auction commission.
The goods must be paid within the 10 days following the closure of the auction. On the client’s request, goods can be shipped worldwide. La Maison d'Art is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss occurred during transportation.
During the days before the auction you may book a visit to view one or more lots at our showroom (the lots of interest must be specified).
